I had a problem with my SK720. The unit worked, but an intermittant fault caused me to be leary of trusting it in my $1,500 helicopter. Skookum got me a new unit in a timely fashion!
Way to go!

yes, this is the type of service that we we should get from all the other vendors of hobby stuff. unfortunately this is not the case from anything bought over seas....atleast for the most part....the cheaper you pay for it the less likely anyone will ever responde to an email ....

Tell you what. Their customer service has won a lifetime customer in my case. Long story, but suffice it to say they stepped in when they weren't responsible for my problem and sent me a new unit. They didn't even tell me. I was just hoping to get my old one back and pay for the repair.
