If then.... I ordered mine back when it was first announced and I'm still waiting - I don't even live across the pond. I'm sure the fan is great but this has kinda turned me off to ever ordering from G-Force again. I could have (and would have) had a 3DX fan some time ago had I known what this experience was going to be like. Don't mean to *****, but....

I ordered mine from RCHOVER.com. It arrived my house in three days and I am very happy with them now. I am surprised that I can received the GForce fan so quick and I see alot of complain about late delivery.

Now, I just need to have time to assemble the heli together. Good luck.

Yeah, the problem with most of us was that we ordered directly from G-Force. After we ordered they apparently shipped a bunch of fans to rchover before making good on their initial customer orders. It's been 20 days for me so far and counting. I've emailed customer support and received no response.

FWIW, I got mine today too. I think I'll be using the 3DX fan though.

IMHO the 3Dx fan is a better design. More airflow means a cooler head with a minimal added load on the engine. Gotta keep a cool head when flyin 3D.

Well, I flew three flights using the GForce fan (HE version) and tuned my YS50 to 204 F. Max temp recorded using a Venom temp monitor. Then I installed the stock fan and I kept my needles the same. I flew 2 flights and the Venom temp monitor recorded a max 185 F. I essentially flew the same routines on all flights working the engine hard on all flights to get the temp as high as I could.

I'm not sure if my method of testing is the most accurate and reliable. Nor am I trying to bash GForce. I think they make good stuff. I just wanted to share my findings.

I think the geforce moves slightly less air but has less drag on the motor output!
