Any one any tips for setting up a Skyfox head using four servos?
I can`t seem to stop the servos humming when the transmitter is moved to certain positions, usually at full pitch.
Only the servos, lower pushrods and swash plate are fitted at the moment and the pushrods are the 67mm and 69mm as per instructions.

I only run 3 on the head. Easier set up and less chances of binding.

Level the swash at midstick
Make sure the servo horns are at 90 degrees (spot on). You better use servo wheels as they have a better resolution. If necessary (but better not) use subtrim (max 10clicks) to get a perfect 90 degree angle.
Depending on the TX you are using(assuming you are not using a futaba 14MZ) you can play with the atv (using the swash level tool). Just make sure it is level at max negative and max positive.

Say Christopher J which three servos are you using? Which one you omit?

what servos are you running? Some radios do not support 4/90. Digital servos are too "tight" for a 4 servo setup.
I personally like the 4 servo setup.

Sorry for the late reply, don't get on here as much as I used to.
I use Futaba 9202 servos on my Vario helis. For my BK 117 I may go with a little more servo, but it won't be digitals. Don't get me wrong, I like digitals but for scale flying I'll stick with coreless servos, they don't seem to have as much current draw.

I stayed with the four digital servo option for now and am putting up with the little bit of interaction.
