broken main frame

I did not think it was possible, after all the crashes in the past and how bad they were, Finally smoked the main frame,

started practicing piro flips on the 450, after the maybe 8th one, it was too far out and the sky was cloudy,
well, it ended up in the ground,

the anti taco plate got a slight taco, bent feather shaft, main shaft, slight bend on flybar, broke one tail blade, killed canopy, everything else is A OK. did not even bend tail boom so it must have been a direct hit.

I had a similar one, but there was a bunch of dry grass.. Like a lot of it ... It cushioned the blow.. Nothing broke ... Except .. Motor mount was bent. Go figure! Lol

Very cool crash. I thought you planted it like that for laughs til I saw part of the canopy mount was still holding a piece of the canopy and the flybar was wrapped up a little.

just finished the rebuild,
those main blades are totally shot, the battery strap tore in half,
and one of my MKS95 servos jumped a tooth, and has a tight spot,
going to order up some new gears for it, but going to fly it anyways till they show up :thumbup:
main gear got stripped.

now that I have servo damage, :thumbdown::Fan
but a 410 servo would have been totally wiped out.
