Hi,

just when made up my mind to sell my H550 I just had this used Align 75 ESC. I soldered it and threw it in my bird.

- Soft Start isn's as soft as the GAUI ESC, but still OK. (I have a bad radio I just start with a switch)
- Governor works fine in 70% an 85% with 515 Blattschmied blades, equaling 1680 and 2040 RPM.
- Bogging is much less than the stock ESC.
- Motor still gets rather hot, much hotter than the 450F in the small Rex. But it's OK, if you stop afet 5 minutes.

I'm now running mid timing, maybe I'll experiment with high tomorrow.

Before flying my H550 I flew my brandnew Quick 50 Pro with a very rich enginge, to break it in. Maybe that's the trick: fly a weak nitro before, so you aren't disappointed with perfromance.
I spoiled it all with flying my T-Rex 450 SE afterwards, this is still my favorite, but let's see what's going on, when the .50 stinker ist working well!

best

I’m using the Align 75 amp controller on my stock motor. It is set on high timing. Set up this way I have more power than the stock controller with no increase in motor temp or amp draw.

Well, I got about a 60% decrease in power with the Align 75A and the Z power Z30A motor. Slow HS and lots of bogging. After I went back to the stock ESC, the power is back! Wow what a diffrence a ESC can do on diffrent motors. You would not belive the diffrence even if you saw it

I guess the Align 75A can make the same diffrence on other motors, but in a possitive way.
