FMA Sensor Defect?

I received the FMA sensor today for my AP2000i and noticed that one of the four sensors is pointing up about 15 degrees.

Will it work properly in this condition? Should I open up the case and straighten it out or just exchange it for another one?

I would exchange the faulty product...

this has been much more common in the past few months.

send it back for sure and get another one.
