checked with Holiday Inn Express..They are reserving 15 to 25 rooms for the Gathering, they will give a discount..normal rate $109..gathering rate $78.... if you are reserving online or by phone the code is RCC..

If you stay at the Holiday Inn Express,you should fly like a pro the next morning.....If it works I might have to stay there too....

I should be recieving artwork today for the T- shirts, the sizes will range from small to X-LARGE, XXL and XXXL, are going to cost alittle more.
Do you guys think I should omit the smalls and order more X-large? also, how many XXL and XXXL?

Maybe a very few smalls. Heck I'd take 1 or 2 for my kids. A few more mediums but I think the bulk is going to be L or XL
