If you want to have T-Shirts for the event. Then contact Bill Crowell with BC Graphics. Bill is a member here on Helifreak. He has done some really nice shirts for several events in the past. They are always great looking and I know his prices can not be beat for what he provides them for. Bill has done the shirts for my event for the last few years. I have always let him design the shirt. Never been disappointed with the shirt or the price of the shirts.

I've already contacted Bill, and he gave me a great price on the t-shirts.
But due to unforseen curcumstances, I am unable to follow through with the order.
Perhaps Bill would like to print up some shirts and bring them down himself.
I'm sure it would be worth his time.
Alot of people would like shirts for this event.

With the turnout for this event, I don't think that Bill can go wrong.

Perhaps if he could get pre-orders confirmed in advance he could print up those shirts and a few extra to be sold at the event and his costs could be covered in advance! My guess is that 80-100 shirts would be gone pretty quickly.
