Comments and suggestions: AR7000 Rx bound to Tx? Have you watched Finless's video on setting up the ESC? The motor needs to be in the frame. Try turning the motor armature by hand and then try again. This repositions the armature which can have an affect on beep loudness. Reposition Tx from Rx and try it again.

..connected bec connector to the throttle channel...
Just to be clear, you mean the ESC servo cable, right ?
Could there be an order problem here ?
1) Ensure flight battery is disconnected
2) Ensure ESC is plugged into the throttle channel
3) Ensure main blades are removed and tail blades clear (or for real safety, removed)
4) Put throttle to max and turn on Tx
5) Connect flight battery to the ESC
It should now go into programming mode.

Hello Hughes500Bob
Yes my tx & rx are bound and all my other channels work perfectly thanks to the setup tips i got from Finless's videos i have just tried moving the motor armature by hand but it's had no affect i've also just disconnected the motor from the esc and put a voltage meter across the red and black to see if there was any voltage change when i move the stick but there was none infact the reading stayed at -4.64v which seems strange

Sparax,
In your initial post you say ........switched on the transmitter and put the throttle up full but i do not here any beeps ..........
If I read this right you are turning on the transmitter and then moving the throttle to full.
I have the RCE-BLE25G and the instructions say.........Before you turn on the transmitter, please adjust the throttle stick to the maximum full throttle position. Proceed to connect the battery to the ESC. You will hear the confirmation sounds as soon as you enter SETUP MODE.......
My instructions also come with pictures which show exactly the same thing as above.
I did a super quick google search and found this site that helps explain it although it may not be for your specific ESC (still says the same as what my instructions do):

Hope this helps,
Steve

Sparax,
Make sure that the end points on the throttle channel are atleast 100% or it will not go into programming mode.
