Hi guys,

a friend of mine bought a used MP2 for his 50 machine. He's currently flying a Raptor 50. So now he put on the MP2 in stead of the standard TT muffler in combination with the OS Hyper.

Now if i remember well there are 2 versions of the MP2 for the 50 size. As i recall it has something to do with different gearings. I looked at the muffler but there's no specification which type it is.

Can someone explain me the difference between the two and if you can see that on the muffler too ?

Thanks,
Dirk

Check the "ask curtis" section on www.curtisyoungblood.com

He's got lots of responses to peoples questions and they should point you closer to an answer.

If I remember correctly there is a HR high rpm (or ratio) pipe in which the motor liked to rev and a LR pipe in which the motor was under 17,000 rpm. They stopped making the HR pipe because the LR did good both high and low while the HR pipe only made power up top. (or something like that).

Good luck
