OS 91 SZH PS Runs rich regardless needle position????

Hi

I have been running this engine in my stratus for probably 6 gallons.
the engine has been running a little rich! but great until this morning.
It runs very rich, and it doesn't start to run OK "not good" until i closed the middle range needle , and the main needle only opened with only 2 clicks????
it climbs nice at full throttle but runs very rich at hover.
i have to run out excessive fuel with some climb-outs to get the engine to even enter idle up (1950) from hover rpm (1550)
i even tried with a borrowed szh ps carburetor but with the same result

i run with air vented tank, home blended fuel 20% klotz 20% Nitro.
The fuel was working fine the day before :?

I am the only one at our club that haven't had any problems with this engine, Everyone else has changed their setup to the cline version
due to their engines running lean

Anyone have a suggestion :?:

Today i tried factory fuel ;-) Wildcat 30% with the same result.
changed to another pump, same problem.

Borrowed my Friend´s Omi modded carburetor from his cspec, and the engine idled up with no problems at all.

Conclusion. all my friends have had problems with the stock carburetor, read at a lot of forums that many people runs their engines with the stock setup with no problems at all.

Maybe because we live in a small country the company who imports the received a bad batch of engines.

Don't really care :-) i like gadgets ordered a omi from James today !Cheers...
