The gear that meets the pinion was rubbing on my frame. Luckily I noticed this after a 3 min. test hover, the frame seemed to have almost melted a little.
This was due to when I took the frames apart when I got the heli, I decided to only glue the bearings for the main shaft, not the other 4 ones.
The top bearing over the one-way bearing had fallen down under it's on weight, making the gear sitting low (and being able to move up and down a bit).
I just loosened the 4 screws and pulled out the shaft and then pushed the bearing up and tightened the screws again.
Another 3 min. test hover and it seems to be working properly, the gear sits in the middle and can't move either up or down.
Just wanted to make people aware of that this can happen and what is causing it, I thought that I might have a spacer missing at first but that was obviously not the case.
