Device that tells me how much voltage i have in each cell?

Can someone point out to me where i might be able to find a device that tells me how much voltage i have in each cell?

You can do it with a voltmeter, available from your local Radio Shack.

I use my Thunder Power 1010C with 210V balancer to tell check all the cells. An FMA CellPro or DN Power charger will also do the job.

Most higher end chargers will read out the voltage of individual cells.
