I have a strange problem.
The idle adjustment screw is loose. It screws itself in, causing the engine to rev up. The screw is very easy to turn, seems like something has slipped or broken. Haven't dismantled it yet, as I have no drawing of it.
The engine is virtually brand new, only run a few tanks.

Thanks for any advice.

Had the same problem with mine. The idle screw is a very loose fit inside the throttle barrel. I dismantled the carb and wrapped some thread seal tape, that white plastic stuff used for plumbing, around the screw. Seems to hold o.k. for now.

Thanks for the tip, I will try that.
Just can't beare the thought of being grounded for another couple of weeks waiting for any replasement parts.
