Glad you found it, although I had the reverse with weird tracking on the stock dampers and all is good with the On Edge.
Once you get a MP or Hatori JK pipe you will notice another big increase in power.
The stock plastic head was designed to be run at 2000 rpm and that will liven it up even more than your 1950.
As far as aileron interaction with full negative.........
The only thing I can think of to check to be sure that none of the linkages are not hitting the canopy at full negative pitch. I have seen this on a lot of raptors and a few Stingers.

i just have one question does anybody know how long the plastic rotor hub and grips will last @ that speed with the on edge dampers and carbon blades

I have never worn out a plastic head so I can not say how long they will last.

ok i was just wondering maybe i'll jack up the speed on mine and see what happens y'all thing i should get in a bunker before i flip the switch or put on the bullet proof vest :lol: gut tells me not to trust the plastic head :dontknow

I run one of my machines w/ plastic head and spinning 2100 , no problems yet :wink: :D

Honestly...( and I cant believe I am gonna say this)....Mine has more than enough power for me doing tic-tocs across the field and pyro flips (my version anyway) at 1800 to 1900. I did turn it up to 1950, sounded more like 2000, and all i noticed was the collective got nice and sharp. Very accurite but Im not ready for that yet. It feels better being a little soft. Plus it helps smooth me out a little too.

A buddy showed up with a cam. I will have vid hopfully tonight. Its not much but probly the best vid of what little i can do.
Well, she went in tonight. i guess the switch failed or the pack came undone, dont know for sure but i lost control and in she went. Just got the graphix on too !! Oh well. Time to make it better.

mine felt soft at 1800 didn't climb out like i wanted i had thought about though turning up the head speed to 1950 or better to take full advantage of the hypers power but haven't done it maybe i will this weekend but maybe not :dontknow
and I'm sorry to hear about your bird :bawl it's an upgrade opportunity :thumbup:
