8103 with an R700

I've got a JR 8103 Heli with an R700 reciever. The Tx has a FM module with channel 15 crystal. My question is that the R700 has no crystal and all web sites assume that you know what crystal fits what rx. I don't have a clue which one to buy..

The 8103 was collecting dust and my DX7 is costing me too much money in crashed planks and heli's. It's time to shelve the DX7 and get back to basics.

The R700 receiver uses a JR single conversion crystal. The single coversion crystals have a gray housing. Horizon Hobbys part number for it is JRPXFR15.

There are good single conversion and there are bad double conversion.

JR is pretty good. But for helis, most prefer PCM, which would be a R770 or R790 for fully synth, no crystals needed.
