I use the HS-56B servo in my new Shogun (this is my FIRST helicopter), and I noticed that the tail rotor servo brushed up against the main gear. Any suggestions to fix this?

Yes, You must take a dremal tool or file and take about 1/8 inch of the frame away from the servo hole. However, I added a tail mounted servo holder and carbon push rod and I have no problem and the tail is rock hard.
I did try to use the servo on the frame but it dosen't to well plus once your done working on the frame it is messy looking. The holes also for the servo srews are to big. If you have one I would use a hs-50 for the servo it has a .06 response time. the hs-56b has a .12 response time. hope this helps. I had another member help me on this too. Happy to pass the info on
