gov. and s9254 ?

I have a throtle jockey pro and a s9254, and a align 6amp bec. Ihave a regulator for the tail servo. Do I need a regulator for the throttle, and do I put it before the gov. or after ?

Between the servo and the TJ and yes I would run a step down on any 9254 especially with a high frame rate input.
