Its complete and after 10 flights I am very pleased. :D Simple to build, runs smooth and great power.
My setup is:
V-Blades 600mm
Stock tail blades
OS hyper 50
Hatori pipe
9252's
GY611
GV1 sensor can be easily accessed through the opposing frame with the align phillips for adjustment. I remove the throttle servo as well.
Algn 6X regulator and ignitor (this thing is cool)
1550 lipo for the RX
Radio DX7
Modifications: metal blade grips and see-saw, I flipped the radio tray over to allow for placing the gyro with the RX, clears the canopy and keeps all the radio gear some what covered. I attached a pic.
10 flights isn't many so I will keep you posted if something happens.

Hi,
haven't you got the receiver mount upside down ?

Guess he flys a lot inverted and then it's "the right way up" :D :WOW

I kinda like the way he has it installed.

Yes, it is upside down so the gyro can mount with the RX. I didn't like the other options. Just need to make sure it dosen't hit the canopy. Requires a small RX like the AR7000.

We fly inverted all the time in Australia - it's right way up that is tricky

2 gals and all is well. The only thing I have found was the front gear screws needed tightened other than that nothing with the clutch, fan or regulator. I fly idle up the entire flight so the clutch is not cycled may be the difference from others that are having trouble.
Seems to fly better each flight or maybe its my skills are improving. Love this heli more than any other Align did a great job! :D

I like how you mounted your electronics and the radio tray..Going to do the same and mount my 401 up front...Looks good..

I did strip the front bevel gears however that will happen if you land on the tail. Also had the engine quit however it was just to lean. It is flying well and makes me look good.

My V-blades look differently compared to yours Tommheli:)

Locktite, with the 401 make sure it doesn't hit the canopy. You will need to put it back toward the servos and the RX up front if you can. Canopy contact will cause tail jitter. Good luck.
