Using servo wheels , and drilling the holes, is sometimes the only way. It's just a matter of how much time you want to spend on set-up and tweaking.

I got mine spot on. But I'm usigng the CCPM setup. The way I ddi it was us a ruler or straight edge and run it betwen the pivot point of bothe the servo horn and the bellcrank. Both arms should be 90 deg to that line. You don't have to be exactly 90 deg it just might help with getting things setup further into the link chain. You'll get varying opinions of how important the setup is.

As long as your happy with the way it flys, it shouldn't matter how you have it setup. I'll take some pics of mine later

BDIS hit the nail on the head. Try to be as exact as you can, but don't spend weeks over trying to get things perfect. A little use (10 clicks or less) of subtrim can be beneficial if you don't have the time or the means of setting up servo wheels. I've done it both ways (with subtrim and without) and each method flew fine.
