Is anyone figured out, or is offering a belt drive conversion kit for the TT drive unit? I think it is time for me to convert to belt drive. At the rate I am taking gears out, I can’t afford the expense. I have no idea how the hard core 3D guys keep these gears together. I was at the XFC this last weekend and I did not see anyone really ring the 600N out even JK looked like he was easy on the machine! When I tore the rear gearbox down I found black powder and small shaving around the bearings, not real pleased with that.

The 3D guys keep those gears together by not hitting the ground with the tail.

You can convert to belt drive easily. Just purchase the front and rear pulleys (Parts # H60078 & H60079) and the tail belt (Part #H60036) and just do it. Those gears will match and do the job.

tail pulle is too short when used in the TT tail case. I have a complete belt setup with some extra parts. PM me for details.
