Hey guys,

I've just heard that the Revolution packs are now going to be supplied exclusively in the states by FMA. I've been using these packs for some time now in the UK with a lot of success after moving from Kokam. They have no noticeable dropoff until the very last second rather than the usual 2 minutes into the flight and seem to be a very hardy pack in terms of handling abuse. I was sucking up to 125A out of the 4800 packs for a prolonged period which is way above their 20C rating. They also hold 0.5v higher under load than other packs that I've tested which equates to 100RPM extra. Well worth taking a look at...

I run 3 2100's on my Trex 450 and they perform better for the whole flight than anything else I've tried.

The 6S pack on the Trex 600 does not seem to have that initial power that the TP has, which fades after the first minute, but it does more consistant power whithout any loss across the whole flight.

But it is the quality of the cells that really makes them stand out from the rest - all of mine are perfect and all the graphs on the PC during charging show 6 (or 3) lines that make up one, where as my other 6s packs are all over the place.

Hi Guys and Girls,

I'm running the rev-olution packs too, 2100 in the trex 450 and there 950's in my medevac. They are great, as Trev has said, they are very consistent in there power delivery and they don't drop off until the very last seconds. 50+ cycles on the 950 packs and no problems and no reason to think they will not do another 50+. Great value packs that seem to out perform there ratings.

Cheers Dor

Thomas,

Has your pack had 10 flights on it yet? They suddenly wake up around the 10 flight mark...
