So tonight I accidentally clipped a weed, and it basically shredded the plastic right off the tip of the stock wood blades. it didnt hurt the blades, just took the plastic off. so I stripped the rest off so they are bare wood now. Should they be re-covered? Should I just buy some new blades? If I get new blades, what size should I get? I think it says these are 660's, but when i was looking online, 680's seem to be the normal size. Its a raptor 60 v2 with a TT PRO-70H engine.
Thanks!

If you are planning to use those you'll need to re cover them to avoid sucking oil.
If you decide to order a new (wood) set the item number is PV0165.
If you can afford them and you decide to go for the CF 680 blades it's going to be hard to ever go back to woodies, they track so much better and so they fly, but it really hurt when you see them eating earth

yep, and I'm not a good pilot (that means I have a CF blades cemetery at the back of the house) but I wont go back to woodies. Is one of the few things you don't need to be a good pilot to notice the difference.

So i just got some MAH blades, and they are loose on the rotor grips. Is there any sort of special spacer i should put in there? Its about as thick as a washer or two. The plastic flexible spacer tt gave me with the kit is too thick.

Ha, I was about to offer some of those plastic spacers as I have a couple lying around.
I think the first set of CF blades I got (Mavrick) came with a set of washers, but now (since I have the TT metal grips) I make sure that I only order 12mm root blades.
Do you know how thick those blades are at the roots?
The best solution would be to measure them and get a couple of washers at some hardware store that make them fit snug on the grips.

I put on MAH 690's, and they fly oh so nice. So smooth. My flying skills are the only hold up now.

told ya..., but with 690's make sure they wont hit the tail blades.
