Swift has a new tail skid. I am kinda' hard on the equipment when practicing autos, tail skids and L gear seem to suffer. My new skid is 1/16 th inch aluminum. The finish is just brushed although the scan doesn't show that. The color compliments the Century aluminum tail transmission box it attaches to. I've broken/glued/broken too many CF skids. CF skid is 9 grams, my aluminum is at 13 grams and can drop more. The material came from a discarded street type sign from a jobsite.
