Servo-Reciever-Transmitter Prob: I know I'm missin something

I have a DX7 transmitter/reciever
I have Hitec Servos
GY401 gyro

I set up the model in the transmitter

I bound the receiver to the transmitter

I plugged everything in and the power lights came on, on the gyro and the reciever

I go to move the sticks on the transmitter, servos don't move?!?!?!

what could I be missing?? any clues??

If your using a 4.8v pack to set up the heli, make sure it is charged. The Spektrum rx doesnt like to work if the voltage in the pack is too low.

Try a rebind, if everything is plugged in correctly. Sometimes you need to cycle the power also.

I got it to work, I did several rebinds and continued to look at the manual for the trex and the dx7.

I ended up having to put the power from the nicad to the bottom horizon power connection on the dx7 receiver. That and whatever the $^W%#@ happened to do made all the difference (i don't think there was anything else)
