Mini Titan gear noise

My mini titan has had about 10 flights and now its generating a lot of gear noise,but when I decrease the throttle to a lower head speed the noise goes away until the head speed has dropped and then its back. So it only seems to happen when the motor is powering the head, when the head speed is faster than the main gear the noise is gone. Any suggestions please?

Are all gears aligned in height so all gears touch on the complete height of the gear?
Is the motor pinion play (space between the gears) set correct, does it have play all around when you turn the rotor 360º but not to much?
Sometimes the plastic maingear is not exactly round so it can produce noise and unwanted friction.
Is the pinion to far away from the maingear causing to much play?

Seems to be fixed now, don't know exacly what I did different just did the whole pinion setup over. Thanks a lot :)
