View Full Version : The finished micro heli fleet

Rebuild

Here are my three, motor tail, 300 size scale helis all together. I have decided to raise the bar and build a few of these balsa fuselages for the new King V2 (belt tail) airframe. All of these micros fly well but the Colibri fan tail has the most predictable tail of the bunch. Even with the shortened boom, the EDF50H has no trouble handling the tail. Likely because a vertical stabilizer is not restricting the airflow to the fan. So, on to the next size heli up the food chain. I have been flying a King V2 around enough to know that it will make a great, affordable platform for scale projects. Just have to decide on a subject for the build now. :glasses2:
