The last time I flew my R90 I noticed that my OS91SZH didn't smoke near as much as the time before.
Is that normal? I mean I was in the same gallon of fuel as the time before, temp. wise is ok (although I played with the needles for a while without any changes in the amount of smoke).
I wonder if as the engine is breaking in it smokes less :dontknow
I know that fuels gets old but I think that what evaporates is the methanol and/or the nitro making it smoke even more (due to more oil content) and/or loose power.
The engine seems to put out the same, as I said temp wise it's ok or even cold but I don't get the same amount of smoke I've seen in other people's helis (or this one at the beginning).
My OS 70 never smoked as much either, at that time we tried with my fuel in somebody's fury (with a YS 61) and smoked a lot more than mine. I'm starting to feel smoke segregated.
Any advice? Thanks,
