Hi Guys,
I ordered a Hurricane from ReadyHeli today and have a question about servos. I know a nice set of digital servos are recommended and maybe necessary for extreme flying but all I'm doing right now is learning the basics. I have a set of Futaba 9202 coreless servos laying around. Is there any reason these would not be suitable until my flying ability gets better? I have a GY401 and 9650 servo for the tail.

Thanks,
John

The servo requirements for this heli are not nearly what they are for say a Trex600.... heck I would usem Futaba 3004 or 3002's on this heli if I was on a budget! I dont know what 9202 are but if thier specs are better than a lowly S3004 your OK for basic flying.

Thanks Bob. They have almost twice the torque rating and very slightly less speed and are coreless.
Don't know if you saw my other post or not in the "where to buy thread" but just wanted to say many thanks for all the work you do on instructional videos/how to articles. I am sure many people would quit if not for the work you have done to explain how to build and setup these nerve racking machines.

Thanks,
John
