I'm leaving for a 2-week vacation this weekend and am "concerned" about storage of all my packs.

I'm planning on heading to the local surplus store tomorrow and picking up a couple ammo cans. Think discharging to 3.2v/cell and then charging to storage level (50%) before stuffing them all in the ammo cans is good enough? I plan on putting the cans out in the garage in the middle of the floor for the time I'm gone.

Any other suggestions? Anyone know where to find LipoSack's in San Diego county?

ok, cool. Ran down the 6S packs tonight using my $1500 rapid discharge device - my Trex 600. :)

Tomorrow, all 8 3S packs on the 450(s).

Actually proper storage voltage is 3.8 - 3.85 volts.

But 2 weeks is no big deal.

I ran 'em down to about 50% with the heli, then put 'em on the 1010 in storage mode. Balanacer info shows all cells right around 3.8v each.

Heading out to discharge all my 3S packs in a sec.. Hopefully I'll be done before dark. :)
