Hi all- I just bought the new Raptor E620. I already own two Align 600's
I would like to know if there is a GOOD motor that will give me good performance on 6S packs? :dontknow ( I have 6 ThunderPower 6S 5000 packs now and would like to use what I have, rather than go through the expence of new batteries and a new charger ).
I am not into 3D flying, just some loops, rolls= sport flying. I would like to put one of them in a scale fuse.
Any recomendations would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

The stock Thunder Tiger motor works well for what you are looking for. Its not very expensive, or you could use the Z-Power Z-30-1100 with the same results.

I'm using the same packs in my E550 using the TT motor made for it, basically a Z30-1100 with an 11T pinion and finding it's okay for quite spirited flying and the 620 should weigh about the same. I'd advise using 550mm blades as anything larger will increase current draw and reduce flight times, my timer is set for 7 minutes at the moment.

I would also recommend using 550mm blades, 600-620mm blades are a bit much for 6s packs. Even the T-Rex 600 should be using more cells to help keep amps lower. if you do decide to stick with 6s packs, the FP Evo25 5000mah packs are your best option as they can handle really high power output.
