Just trying to get some input on what charger has a fast recharge time and doesnt compromize safety in the process. I'm looking to buy a new charger, any input would be appreciated.

FMA's Cellpro for 4s at 3A or less, or 3s at 4A or less.
If you can live without a display, FMA's BalancePro.
Up to 6S and 10A charging current. Use a wattmeter in-line for your display or hook it up to you PC.
The other benefit is the price is great!

I have a 1010c w/210v balancer and like the versatility, but I love my Cellpro 4s. I am waiting for FMA to make a Cellpro 6-8s. FMA is safe fast and small.

It would help if you indicated what size batteries you want to be able to charge. I would mostly agree with the posts above:
Low power 3s-4s: CellPro4s (50W output)
Mid range 2s-8s: eStation BC8 (180W output)
High power: TP1010 + 210V + data-port cable (220W output)
IMO the BC8 is simpler and more convenient to use and connect than the 1010+210V since the balancer is fully integrated both mechanically and in terms of the operation of the system. A lot of 10s setups are really 2 x 5s and the increased balancing overhead of 10s means that having 2x5s chargers works a lot faster. YMMV.
