I have been trying to get an answer out of these guys for over a week now, asking if they pull the stock parts and blades out of the kit when you buy the super version combo that has carbon mains and all aluminum head parts??
Has anyone bought this kit from them its around $779 I think??
Thanks guys for all of you information on this heli!!!

well RC Expert has a past of very bad customer service. i ordered my original t-rex 450Xl (now an SE) from them. and there was no main rotor housing in the kit, which is one of the most vital parts to the head. i emailed them and after 2 1/2 weeks i got a reply with them saying that it would take another 4 to 5 weeks for me to get the part, i should note that i paid 36.00 for 1 week shipping from where ever the hell they are. so 5 weeks i was like F*%@ that, go S*%$# yourself i'll buy the part localy.
now i would do bussiness with them again, but only because their prices are very good, but as for parts im going local. so 2 weeks without an Email dosnt shock me and it probably dosnt surprise anyone else who has bought from them in the past.

I also had email to them and another hong kong based site.
I think the Dragon boat festival is going on in China this week it's like new years here.
hong kong has a bunch of holidays we never heard of.
I personally can't believe how much time they take off.
I have had slow service from them on occasion but they have always followed through.
Backman does share some of the same web pages & product lines.
Heli ready has the Cnc kit and free shipping!
Good Luck

So far I have had very good dealings with them and they usually answer my emails within a day. It has been a couple months since I bought anything from them so who knows.
I bought two helis and some accessories from them and have asked questions and always got answers.
I was very pleased with everything I got from them and when I got the Gaui 550 they posted it so that I didn't get hit with import duties.

I was also asking them about the new XES model.
The one they show has only some of the CNC head parts and no mention of the new motor mount or the other Cnc parts not on the head. Their picture has the half arms on the flybar stabilizer. and comes with the stock motoe and ESC.
The One on the HEli ready site has full CNC parts ,But does not have the motor & ESC.
Maybe the RC-expert guy just got an early press release picture or you may be correct that they are rebuilding the ones they have and are trying to play caught up now that the new kit has come out.
I got the kit from them of the stock ep-550 with servos ,gyro 4 batteries and charger.
Killer deal and I was happy with them. Shipped quick
Pays to check ahead to make sure what you want is in stock and ready to ship.

Yeah,Know what you mean
I was on their site yesterday and he was "online".
I wrote again and no reply yet.
They do have a toll free phone number. 1-877-849-2843
I called once the young lady was a little hard to understand and very low volume .but you might get a better connection.
I had a order that was waiting for the dragon fest. and it has been processed.
They have to caught up on orders and a e-mail backlog.
I have bought from them several times some times they are real fast...other times you have to wait for a back ordered part and they are not real good about telling you whats happening. They are a pretty big operation and I think they don't do a lot of customer hand holding......They don't have the same concept of customer service that US customers and used too and that make them look flakey.but they have always been good to me on service and returns.
If you do find that the Item is in stock and ready to ship and you transfer money quickly they will ship right away. They do a large volume so don't wait too long after you have a confirm that they have some thing before you pay.

I got a couple replys from RC-EXPERT in the last couple days.
I was having some email problems and maybe they were to.
They are still there.
On their web site they have a SKYPE link and they say it is working.
Hope you can get through!
