Here's one for you knowledgeable type. My 600N equipped with an 0S50H, MP 5 and Revmax. I had the mixture set great prior to installing the new CNC fan from G-Force. Removed motor, pipe, cleaned and re-installed everything only to find the motor ran extrememly rich. In fact it wouldn't even stay running around 1/2 throttle. I installed new magnets with the correct polarity, reprogrammed the rev max to be sure, new seal on exhaust pipe to motor. I had to remove the high end needle to get the motor to drop without hitting the lower carbon frame brace, but I don't see how that could cause the extreme mixture setting change. All I did was remove it and re-installed it as well. Any ideas anyone? I think I've finally got the mixture set now after some extensive troubleshooting. Got me on this one??? :?:
