need charger

just got a trex 450 came with a apogee 2170 battery looking for a charger.

i have to buy a gyro also so can some one give me some hints on a charger

thats on the lower side cost wise. i will up grade later i just want to get flying

the only other charger that i have use was the stock eflite one that cam with my cp pro.

i like simple you know hook charger to 12v battery, plug lipo in when green light goes out go flying.

For the smaller 3 cell LiPos I like my AccuCycle Elite. There's a little more to it than plug in, green light goes off boom your done but those type chargers could possibly hurt you in the long run. One important thing in electrics is knowing how long you can fly without damaging your packs. By having a charger that tells you how much you put back in the pack after a timed flight helps you to accomplish this. The Elite is a good all around charger and very reasonably priced. The power supply that comes with it is a little undersized but if your hooking it to a 12v battery charging 2 packs at the same time is not a problem.
