my fingers are blistered from trying to track down a major pitch variance in my GSR. every linkage has been taken off and calipered and still i have one blade that is waaaaaay off. i could adjust linkages on that one side (like they were) to compensate but to me - that is just masking the problem.

these white blades that came with the GSR have a noticeable amount of bow in them and i wonder if i just got a bad set of blades. in almost all of the promo shots on airfoil's website - they run a different set (some black blades with white tips) than what they sell. john told me these white blades were the best because of the washout or whatever but i am looking to get some better quality ones.

so - what are you guys using? what comes highly recommended?

please - i am looking for ONLY SEASONED AP/V OPERATORS to reply. you know who you are...

I've had good results with the V's 810mm on my Intrepid. They are a breeze to track and auto well(even with the mount on  ).

NHP's really helped out my ap ship, I was flying MAH's 810's but they were to stiff, and made it impossible to hold in a hover, it was always climbing or decending, I put on a set of NHP's and solved the problem,,, I'm going to try the MAH's on the Vario as it weights more than my Xcell, The Vario 422 work really good too, but they are left hand rotaion,, not for sure if you can turn them over or not, but I don't see why a person couldn't,, thats all I'm doing with the MAH's on the Vario, but I haven't had a chance to fly it that way yet,, but soon,,, XGM/VGM

I've been flying Radix (Rotortech/Funkey) recently and so far I like them better than m y V-blades. they are heavier by about 14 grams, have a wider chord and have a more forward CD chordwise. all the things you'd like to see in a good stable AP blade.
