Not glued, just a snug fit. I've had to change a couple on mine & I ended up running the bottom of the shaft under cold water for a few minutes.
Shrinks the shaft enough to just pull it out.
Works when refitting also if its still a,bit tight.

do you mean to remove it from the bearings in the heli, i have been trying to figure that out too you pull up on the whole assembly and it stops at the first bearing! i got the head assembly off by heating it so now i need to get the shaft out of the bird and dont want to dissasemble the frame to do so !

I was meaning to free the shaft from the head, but you have managed to do that.
The main shaft just pulls through the two bearings. It's a bit tighter at the ends of the shaft but a good tug should do it. It went in that way, It has to come out the same way. Try putting a hex driver through the bolt hole for extra leverage. It's also easier, next time you have to do it, with the head still attached.

There is no need for you to dismantle the frame.

Believe me, it is much easier second time around.

Hope this helps.
