I see that Align has bought out a new metal control arm for the 600n.
The part number is H60016 - 1.
Anyone know the differences between this new one and the original metal upgrade H60016 as fitted to the electric Rex600?

The control arm for the nitro is longer than the E version because the frame is thicker (wider) on the N version.

I have both versions.
Just out of interest can people use the electric H60016 version at all if they have it ?

malc, can you see any differences between them ?
The part you are talking about is a mixing arm ? it should be the same for both versions unless they have changed the geometry
(frame width should have an effect on the head parts)

I have seen the metal arm used on the nitro with no issues...

I`ll have a good look for differences when it comes in a few days.

Heres your update on the new control arm.
Exactally the same dimensions but what Align have done is beef up the ball link.
As can be seen on the right hand one a much larger hole with a much more robust ball to use :)
They are the same stainless balls as are available as an upgrade for the swash on the 600E (H60120)

Thanks malc, close enough for me to use the spare E versions i am putting on my N right now. I will never fly hard enough to worry the ones i have.

I notice they have a h60008-1 mixing arms too.
I was planing on pulling the washout arms and mixing arms (metal versions) from my 6s 600 I dont fly and putting them on my nitro bird. There should be an issue in strength right? Because I've used the metal arms even with my 10s setup and that thing is a beast and I've haven't had issues.
I wound if they made it more crash resistent.
Thanks.

I cant imagine a nitro 50 will out power a 10s E machine, thats why i am sticking with what i have.

I wonder if Align have had these parts fail on them and thats why they have stengthened things up a bit. :dontknow
What ever I`ve got the one part just need the H60008 - 1
