So after all the fuss. It finally arrived. They had no idea it had even shipped. Still upset with the lack of customer service at HK but. I spent the rainy weekend rebuilding. Got a spartan quark gyro on ebay, metal case. Painted myself a new canopy. Went out saturday flying, there were several puddles and I wanted to hover over the water the check out the rotor wash on the water. watch the video. This was flying with my old detrum gy401, pretty damn funny!

Yeah it was like there was no lift. It just dropped once it got completely over the water. Anyway, like I said, nothing was damages went through 4 packs today without a hitch!

My back garden has a small pond about 5% of the total garden area. Guess where about 30% of my crashes have landed??. :face
Still at least we are being forecast a drought here in UK this summer so that should improve the odds :oops: :bacon
