Just wondering. I saw on another forum that one of the club members from this club make a post stating that this event was not set in stone to happen for sure.
Maybe the Contest Director of the event could come and make a posting that the event is going to happen that weekend.
Not trying to step on anyones toes. Just don't want people making travel arrangements and the event not happen when they think it is going to happen.

this is something that mike doesn't understand, he is very premature about making announcements and such.
we're trying to set the dates shortly, stay tuned.
mike, can you go back to all forums were you posted dates and remove those until the dates are set and elvis makes the announcement?

This event looks like it will be fun. I wish I could make it, but it is the same weekend as the XFC in Troy,Ohio. Maybe the next one that is held in that area I can attend.
