Spektrum is hardly state of the art...

OK. Maybe you need the stupid-proof model match and are so sloppy with setup you need servo synch. My bad.

:p

FUN FUN FUN

What a great day! I did like 10 full down autos from 300 feet with my T-Rex 450 until I pitched the nose down to far and it flipped over and stopped the blades :)

New setup on the X-Spec/EVO was scary fun. I'm gonna enjoy that thing for awhile...

Good little crowd with Fortin, Rodney and some St Pete guys joining in.

Dave made a few brownie points with the hot dogs!

and best of all....FORTIN DIDN'T STUFF ONE! In fact, I'm the only one to damage a bird :)

Another great day of flying. It was nice to meet Rodney and Mike Fortin. I'm glad you guys could make out.
Watching Eric auto his 450 was great until it went inverted and came down like a rock. Mike coined a new term for the way Eric was Flying F3D. :)

Thanks to Bay City Flyers for hosting this event.

Our event has been cancel do to complaints of noise. We are not aloud to use the flying site after hours. Only during operating ours. Which are Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 5:00PM. This is all do to noise being generated by the helis. These complaint came from an old couple that live 1/4 of a mile away. They must have a lot of pull and nothing better to do.

Wow...noise? The jets flying into Tampa Airport make far more noise than these helis ever did.

Lets see if we can't find another spot, we can always use the Bithlo Speedway here in Orlando if you guys are up for the drive.

Sorry to hear that, I know you guys were trying to make the site a little more active so you wouldn't lose it and now it's effectively lost anyway. That is just classic backwards Florida that's turning into a miserable place to live.
