Have you ever had a company ship you a heli and you wasnt happy with it? Did the company not only ship you free upgrade parts but a new kit as well.
I'm gonna tell you how much RJXofUSA cares about customers.
Rusty (aka HELIBRITE) recieved an order for a Hurrican 50. Shipped it out. Later he recieves a phone call from this customer. The customer says "he has issues with the heli". Now if Rusty can go out of his way to get a set of frames that he does not import. Then I know he went way out of his way to figure out the issues with this heli. The customer says, as he was pulling parts from the box to build the kit he noticed the clutch bell had a crack in it right under the clutch bell pinion but thought it was not something that would cause any trouble, but wanted it replaced, and these are already installed from the factory.
Well naturaly he gets a free one. No charge on anything. So another problem arises. The heli is tail heavy. Come on guys. Whats the cure for this? Anyhow he says the heli has other problems. AGAIN Rusty sends him everything free of charge.
So now that the canopy has been painted by the customer and flown god knows how many times. He doesnt want it anymore. :arggg:
To make a long story short. Rusty has the the heli shiped to him replaces the auto hub and flys it a number of times. Calls the customer and still dont want it.
Here is the kicker!
He not only recieved a heli and awsome customer service but recieved another new kit with upgrades. BUT the customer sent it back!!!!!
This goes to show two things.
The first is RJX stands behind there product. They will not flake you off and say oh well I have your money.
The second is you cant make everyone happy. No matter what you do.
Rusty you send me another kit for free and hell I'll come paint your house.
For reall that is awsome customer service. And is the reason why I will always own a RJX product!!
