Tearing down the raptor 50 v2. Going to sell off airframe.

I have a hyper 50 with about 4 gallons on it.
401/9254

It has 2 of the 4721's and a 4131, i plan on going with 3 of the same. I'm thinking of the 6975's or the 9451's
gv-1

Going to go with a bec and a lipo rx pack.

Any suggestions for a throttle servo ?
Which muffler is going to work well for the hyper 50 ? I've read about the mp2 and the mp5 , mp2 needed cutting , mp5 sounds rich when it's not. Looking for a hotter machine, sugestions welcome.

Any other issues with the heli ? I know there have been some issues with the fans being warped. Has this situation gotten better ? Is it a hit and miss situation ? OR do i need to put a order in for a metal fan ?

Planning on S+F 600 mm carbons (same as mah) CP 30% heli fuel , metal grips , 2000-2100 on the head ? (will gv1 go that high ?) , 12 degrees pitch ?

Thanks for the help ,

Martin :)

Sounds good - it's said the faster the throttle servo the better - I use a mid range Hitec digital on my GV1 and it works fine - the GV1 goes up to 2100 HS - I run mine at 1800 and 2000.

The MP2 bolts straight on - no cutting and works fine. The Align blades 600A work well although the V-Blades work better - not sure about the MAH - not much blade area with the tapered chord and not so good for autos. Fuel wise 60:20:20 seems kind to the engines.

Careful when mounting the GV1 sensor - the fan flexes and rubs against the bottom of the sensor in 97% sensory position - I pulled mine away to give ~ 70% - I've a feeling that clashes twixt sensor and fan spit out the magnets - a CNC fan would seem to be a good bet - I have one ordered.
