OK felix,

Hows about a dragonus II pro head, shop around and you can get one for around £60 which is about $125. Thats for the complete head and levers etc as far down and including the swash.

How the hell have you got that ally seesaw to fit on a gforce head ????? I have one sitting here but can't get it to go on, please put me out of my misery.

Looks cool, huh? And it works well also. It cut out about 20 deg. of unnecessary flybar movement. Now my FB can't hit my canopy and the cyclic control seems a little tighter. I used a Bridgeport mill to open up the ends and the corners of the seesaw and a lathe to knock down the corners on the head at the seesaw pivot. Of course, you could do the same with a dremel and a straight carbide bit. Go slow and check fit often and mind you don't get into the bearings. (best to remove them) Also, chamfer the bottom and top edges of the seesaw hub to set your travel. It took me about 1 1/2 hours, start to finish.

Top man, well I haven't got access to a lathe and wouldn't know were to start even if I did but a dremel I am quite adept with so this weekends project. :)

Another quick question, is the flybar cage a trex one and is there any modifications needed with it ?

Yes it is, and no there is'nt. In fact, that was the main reason for doing this mod in the first place. I had a G-Force, but there was to much slop and drag at the hub. By the way, if you don't have a lathe for doing the head, try using a scotch-brite wheel to soften the corners. Just don't remove any material on the flat where the hub screws go into the head, and remember, go slow and check often. Also, a good set of jewlers files will help when doing the chamfer on the edges. Good luck and let me know how it goes.

Sure thing, I have learnt that hard way taking your time is the best bet. I'm sure I'll be able to sort it. Thanks again.
