Looks pretty good to me.

The only thing I would change is the way the Rx is facing (connectors to the rear) to make it easier to plug/unplug servos when needed. But that's just the way I would do it.

Nice Heli.

Always good to take pics......so you have something to work with when figuring out what it looked liked b4 the crash.

Looks great, very clean. You have obviously been reading a lot of threads on heli setup and watching Bob's vids as well. Just wait untill you get it in the air, I'm sure it will fly awesome.

Hey Little Bro, it looks like you did a great job putting your first high performance heli together. Can't wait to see it fly. I know you've been practicing hard with your cheaper RTF helis and flight sims. Good luck and hope everything goes well.

I had my maiden flight today and she flew beautifully. I didn't even install training gears on it. Phoenix RC helped tremendously in my opinion. :D

I would've commented earlier on the lime-green ty wraps but I didn't want to go too hard on his first build and all. Only kidding.

Seriously, the more I look at it makes me want to order one myself.
Your attention to detail in wiring and making sure everything is secure is gonna save you headaches and heartbreaks later me thinks. :clappp

Beautiful job and excellent photos, well done

A little dob of ShoeGoop or low-temp hot glue at the base of the antennae will help prevent vibration damage.

Which MaxAmps pack is that and how do you like it ?
Where did you get the big black rubber band to hold the pack in place ?

IIcoolg-

Hey I wanted to know what the head parts are made of. I'm building a Dragonus II, and a lot of TRex 450 parts are interchangable from what I've heard. Just curious to see if that's black metal or black plastic or what I'm looking at. And if it is plastic, did you have to tap it first. I found tapping the plastic parts on the Dragonus II Plus made it easy to put the 2mm screws in.

Again, nice job!!!!

Sweet Job... looks like you did your homework.

One thing I noticed and it's probably not like that now... In the 8th picure it shows your main shaft and your main shaft lock collar, it's missing a set screw.

I'm hoping you took the pic before you put it in there and flew it.

Real nice build there!

Very nice job...One thing I'd change are your tail drive pinions from plastic to metal. They are notorious for stripping out in flight and causing a crash.

Only needs one set screw in the collar.
