dx 7 / futaba gy 611 problem

Ok,
I just purchased my DX 7. I did the binding. The cyclic servos work with imput from the transmitter. When I plug the gain and rudder into the reciever the tall servo goes full right and hangs. Plus I get no rudder or tail response from the dx 7 . What am I doing wrong. Please help,

Fixed problem, the servo was not centered and the gain was set to high pulling the tail rudder full right.
