The shakes will soon go away. Trust me. But mine keep coming back every time I try something new. When I go out and practice, I always start out doing the stuff that is IN my "comfort zone"...then I venture out until my heart is thumping a little bit and then I finish off the flight working on the items in my comfort zone again.
I need more people to keep pushing me. The biggest thing that has built my confidence up this summer has been investing in a little electric heli. I treat it like my foamie (of airplanes)...beat it around, try new maneuvers...once I prove to myself that it can be done on that, I try it on my Raptor.

We have a blade cp and i tried to fly it first but it was really hard for me to fly. So my husband set up the nextus for me to fly. It was alot easier for me to fly than the electric one. Anyway i hope to get better at it so i can get a furry excel that is my dream. :lol:

Oh, you have good taste SISTER!!! My husband is going to make me ring-out my Raptor 50SE....then, he'll probably get me a Raptor 90SE BEFORE ever thinking about my dream ship: X-cell anything! :lol:
Right now we're really setting our sights on building a Carden 40% Extra 260. So, bigger heli's are going to wait. I'm having a blast with my R50 and I'm not going to outgrow it anytime soon. Besides, I really want to work on getting airplane sponsorships first.

well i have been flying the heli and i am getting better at it. my husband told me that when i get really good at it he would get me the xcell. so i am going to work hard at flying and try to get it by next year. :lol:

Hello, I am new to this whole heli thing, and I think that it would be cool to talk to other girls who do it. Helirook tells me that you are really nice, I am his better half as we like to put it lol. So that would be cool if we could chat, and if I could talk to some other female flyers, although, I am sure a lot of you are WAY more expirianced than I am, I just got my first heli today.

Hey MsJettaTDI, curious about the handle. I have an '03 tdi love it, check out my gallery on RR. I had an older driver manager to jump an SUV over a six foot burm/curb and LAND on my jetta!! She's good as new now, we call her Mini Mac :wink:
