I went to charge my 10x and it wont charge, meaning that the light wont come on on the wall charger, also my superbrain wont charge it
Is there a fuse that I have blown?

You may also want to ask this in the JR forum. It would most likely get more exposure. I know the 8103 has a fuse because I have blown mine two times.

Probably the fuse. But another common problem is that the little clip that holds the fuse can get loose. You might want to open it up and check not only the fuse, but also the clip.

Dan,
I had the same problem twice. Once it was with a JR 10SX and most recently with my 10X. In the first case it was the element type fuse inside. You can change this with no problem your self. You just have to open up the case and find it. It's not that difficult.
The second time it was the soldered fuse inside the battery case on the battery circuit card. This is a 5amp fuse on the older radio and now when it goes back to Horizon they put a 10amp fuse in it.
I went down to Fry's electronics and found a 7 amp fuse and just soldered it in. This takes a bit more confidence with soldering but not impossible to do on your own.
If you have anymore question please post again.
