expo on 9X/9X2 or 9303

hi y'all..just wanted to ask, it's my 1st time to switch to JR after owning a hitec optic 6.

for the optic, to make controls around center stick softer, it was to make your expo negative. is it the same on JR? manual is in japanese :(

read somewhere that to make it softer, for JR is to make it positive. is that true?

Yes, and an English manual is available online at www.jrradios.com

Also the 9303 shows you exactly what is happening to the curve as you set expo. The screen diagram is very nice.
