You got a gallery here to Herc, and you can upload any day you want for free, but it is entirely up to you. Seems like more and more people here cannot see anything over there because of blocking. I'm really surprised someone like Harkey to. David has been responsible for probably 10-20% of all the knowledgable content there.

Nice canopy. I like the color scheme. K&N filter looks great. Model will fly as well as it looks. Have fun

What part number is that K&N Filter? I've been looking all over K&N's website and can't seem to locate the correct one. Thanks.

 I'm a little confused by this statement. Are you saying that another site owner can block access to certain people when viewing at HF? Or does the other site just block access to post pictures on other sites.

Both Jeff.
Sometimes HF is blocked as a referral source, I think most all the time, but I think I have seen a link or two that did work. Most do not. If you look at the old posts in our for sale forum you will see where people tried unsuccessfully to link pics of helis they were trying to sell but they were blocked. David is blocked by IP. If he wants to go to that site, he has to use a proxy server at this time. I have also been blocked where I could not go there from my cable static IP. That is when I stopped going there. If I used AOL or a proxy, I could go there but not access my PM's or my profile and I think David is experiencing that same thing now. Makes people think you are ignoring PM's from them but in reality you cannot answer them becasue youa re locked out by the administrator.

very very sad that MR resorts to that.

The air filter can be found at scooter stores. A quick search turned this up, not K&N but similar: http://www.scorchinscooters.com/filters.htm
Yeah, RR is becoming more and more of a pain and I know that I have a gallery here too but I like to mess around with the scripting and there is no option for that here. :dontknow

Freakin Awesome! I want one just like it! Got a buddy that's looking for that airfilter. Did you have to make a special bracket/mount to fit it to carb???
Please give details.

Keep in mind that MinAir is supposed to be coming out with a KILLER airfilter with Spectra or something cut into it. I'm waiting for those.

I got mine from Scooterdomain.com It's the pancake style K&N filter and you'll need a special carb stack whick they also have. Let me know if you can't find it and I'll send you some specific links.

I can't stop coming back to this page. That heli looks sooo sweet! Love those canopy colors and layout!
Who painted it?

Thanks for the praise! I painted it with createx auto air fire orange, fire red, brite white, and black. With a heat gun it dries in 5 mins between coats so it's a really fast paint job. Stock Spectra G stickers and took it to the auto body shop for clear coat.
